- Drive regional inventory productivity through effective stock deployment, replenishment discipline and stock balancing, monitoring WOH, ageing, sell-through, shrinkage and store-level gaps with Planning and Supply Chain.
- Jointly own DTC store expansion, including market mapping, catchment assessment and property scouting with Commercial and Real Estate teams, and ensure new store operational readiness across hiring, training, VM, stock and launch checklists.
- Establish a structured review cadence with franchise, Partner Monobrand and wholesale partners covering sell-out, inventory health, replenishment, store standards and action closure, ensuring adherence to commercial and brand standards.
- Own Store Manager hiring and coordinate end-to-end store team hiring for existing and new DTC stores in partnership with Human Resources, and influence partner staffing quality for Partner Monobrand stores.
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and field operations teams, building a performance-oriented culture focused on accountability, execution excellence, succession planning and talent retention.
- Act as the regional operating link across Commercial, Product, Marketing, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, VM, HR, Real Estate and partners, ensuring timely closure of priorities, escalations and corrective actions with clear, data-led updates.
