- Connect: Partner with Crocs and HEYDUDE Product Development, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Materials, Testing, factory leadership, and regional quality teams to communicate risks, align actions, and close issues on time.
- Innovate: Use quality data, defect trends, audit results, consumer complaints, returns, and cost-of-poor-quality insights to prevent recurrence and improve tools, processes, and reporting.
- Grow: Assess factory quality systems; coach factory quality teams, quality engineers, and inspectors; and build supplier capability, accountability, and ownership at source.
- Lead: Manage, coach, and develop direct reports by setting clear priorities, assigning responsibilities, providing regular feedback, and building a high-performing quality team that supports business needs and drives continuous improvement.
- Ensure: Quality Milestone, maintain effective quality controls, including SOP compliance, line-audit discipline, QA sampling plans, material and finished-product testing, and timely escalation of nonconforming results.
- Think and Connect: Lead containment, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, rework verification, complaint and failure analysis, and effectiveness validation with key stakeholders.
- Safeguard: Track supplier quality KPIs and ensure compliant control, segregation, documentation, disposition, and destruction of rejected, B-grade, and C-grade products.
