作为销售助理，您将每日为我们尊贵的消费者提供卓越体验与世界级服务。从向消费者介绍产品、店内促销和活动，到协助店铺团队达成公司目标，这一职位为您提供了与行业精英与合作伙伴共同成长的机会。
- 依据C.H.A.R.M服务模式，为消费者提供卓越服务。
- 积极营造轻松愉悦的团队氛围，鼓励成员分享建议、想法与担忧。
- 学习并协助店内各部门的工作，包括消费者服务、产品知识和摆放、视觉陈列以及库房管理。
- 助力团队成员完成日常零售运营任务，包括POS系统的管理、库存补货、定价与折扣流程、推广忠诚度计划，以及维护店铺整洁与恢复标准。
- 以身作则，与店长合作，通过销售驱动的技巧提升个人关键绩效指标。
- 遵守卡骆驰资产保护政策和程序，包括缺货预防、库存控制以及合规流程。
- 教育背景高中及以上学历
- 能够适应夜班、周末、节假日以及延长工作时间的安排，且需保持规律出勤
- 渴望在高增长、快节奏的零售环境中取得成功
