That's why we've adopted Workplace Personas, a role-based approach that helps define how and where work gets done most effectively. Different roles, responsibilities, and levels within the organization are assigned a persona that reflects the needs of the business, the team, and the work itself.
While flexibility is important, we also believe that in-person collaboration plays a critical role in building connections, fostering innovation, and sustaining our highly engaged culture. Our four Workplace Personas include:
- Explorer Fully remote roles with little to no regular office presence required.
- Connector Hybrid roles that typically work from the office 2-3 days per week to collaborate with teammates and partners.
- Collaborator Roles that benefit from more frequent in-person interaction and are generally in the office 4 days per week.
- Resident Fully onsite roles that support our offices, retail stores, distribution centers, and other locations where in-person presence is essential.
