Reporting to the Sr. Director, Digital Analytics, this fixed-term role combines hands-on analysis, executive-level synthesis, cross-functional leadership, and ownership of recurring reporting across .com, marketplaces, eTail, CRM, affiliate, and relevant paid media channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead analysis of International digital and commercial performance, diagnose the drivers of results across markets and channels, and translate complex or imperfect data into clear actions.
- Own recurring International digital performance reporting and weekly business review synthesis, providing senior leaders with a consistent view of performance versus targets, key drivers, risks, and recommended actions.
- Drive deeper analysis across commercial performance, marketing effectiveness, promotions and markdowns, product performance, forecasting, and CRM performance.
- Develop pragmatic measurement approaches when data, benchmarks, or attribution are incomplete, clearly communicating assumptions, limitations, and the level of confidence supported by the evidence.
- Manage the analytical roadmap for the International business, proactively identifying emerging questions and guiding supporting analytics and BI contributors to deliver rigorous, relevant work.
- Maintain and improve scalable reporting across .com, marketplaces, and eTail by consolidating common metrics, standardizing analytical frameworks, and reducing parallel manual reporting.

- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Progressive analytics experience in eCommerce, retail, consumer products, digital commerce, or another commercially oriented environment; international or multi-market experience is preferred.
- Advanced SQL skills and demonstrated experience independently accessing, transforming, combining, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable business intelligence platform; advanced Excel skills are also required.
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous business questions, select an appropriate analytical approach, pressure-test conclusions, and drive work through recommendation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex analysis into concise PowerPoint narratives and influence senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment with incomplete data, changing priorities, and multiple cross-functional dependencies.
- Experience with marketplace and direct-to-consumer analytics, digital analytics platforms, Snowflake or Azure, marketing measurement, experimentation, Python or R, or AI-enabled analytics tools is preferred.
