Overview

The Allocation Analyst for HEYDUDE is responsible for managing inventory levels to support sales and inventory plans for retail stores. This role executes department-level assortment and allocation strategies, uses data to identify opportunities, and partners cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Retail Field, Operations, and Distribution Center teams to help ensure product is in the right place at the right time.

What You'll Do

• Develop a thorough understanding of store, district, and regional performance through extensive data analysis.
• Execute allocation strategies for assigned departments to support sales, margin, and inventory objectives.
• Continuously analyze and manage inventory levels, including category-level stock and store capacity, to identify risks and opportunities.
• Allocate NPI and replenishment styles to stores on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with Allocation Team to ensure consistency and accuracy of information, share best practices and maximize systems knowledge.
• Track shipments to stores to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory by category and by store to identify capacity issues.
• Partner with operations, the merchant team and the distribution center to ensure that product is at the right place at the right time.
• Meet product arrival expectations for new store openings, events, and window campaigns.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree or two years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; particularly Excel (v-look-up/pivot tables).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Title: Allocation Analyst

Salary or Pay Range: $61,000 - $71,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
