Overview
Crocs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to oversee marketing initiatives across the Latin American region. This role bridges the gap between the global Crocs brand and LATAM distributors, ensuring the consistent implementation of brand strategies and guidelines. The ideal candidate will excel in collaboration, organization, and strategic thinking, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
What You'll Do
1. Distributor Marketing Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Crocs and its LATAM distributors for all marketing-related activities.
- Guide distributors in the execution of marketing strategies aligned with the Crocs global brand vision.
2. Brand Guidelines and Playbooks:
- Present and share the latest brand guidelines and playbooks with all LATAM distributors.
- Ensure the adoption and adherence to these standards across all marketing activities.
3. Campaign and Content Approval:
- Review and approve distributor briefings for marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand values and regional relevance.
4. Social Media Oversight:
- Collect, review, and approve social media calendars for distributors in each LATAM country.
- Provide feedback to ensure campaigns resonate with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
5. 360 Pitchback Plan Evaluation:
- Analyze and approve 360 distributors’ pitchback plans, ensuring compliance with Crocs’ guidelines and strategic playbooks.
6. Visual Merchandising:
- Share and approve visual merchandising materials with distributors.
- Collaborate to ensure VM reflect Crocs’ brand identity and appeal to local consumers.
7. Portal Management:
- Oversee the LATAM Distributor Portal, ensuring content is consistently updated and relevant materials are easily accessible.
- Upload new content, guidelines, and tools to support distributor marketing efforts.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a regional or global capacity.
- Experience working with distributors or within the LATAM region is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, public relations and visual merchandising.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Willingness to travel within the LATAM region as required.
