Overview
The Sr. FP&A Analyst, Wholesale provides financial planning, reporting and analysis in support of the sales management team at HEYDUDE. This individual will assist the with forecasting, reporting and analytics during the monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual planning cycles. This role will sit within the HEYDUDE team within FP&A and will serve as a business partner to the NAM sales team.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage reporting on sales activity including open orders, invoicing, and account support
- Work closely with Planning, Customer Service, and Sales Ops to validate projections and track against targets
- Translate sales plans into financial projections, including margin impacts due to customer and product trends
- Build and generate analysis from a variety of sources and groups across the business
- Ad hoc reports and analyses as well as special projects
- Drive financial modeling improvements in planning and forecast to enhance process efficiencies
- Update forecasts with inputs from sales and management
- Support the day-to-day efforts of the department and sales team
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance or economics
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
- Expert in building models for analysis
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable and independent

Salary or Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
