The Crocs Inc Digital Commerce Organization is eager to welcome a Sr. Director of Digital Analytics to lead data-driven decisions across global, digital commercial and marketing functions.


Our new teammate must have a background in digital commerce, financial planning, marketing trends, consumer behavior, and product lifecycles. What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop digital commercial analytics functions across NAM, EMEA, and APAC regions to advise strategy, forecast expectations, diagnose performance, and optimize growth with data-driven insights.
  • Enable go-to-market success with target setting, insights, and recommendations across product launches and marketing activations.
  • Recommend marketing spend scenarios in collaboration with Advanced Analytics, Brand Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams to achieve growth objectives.
  • Monitor brand health and market trends to advise risks and opportunities in partnership with Insights. Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on a cohesive diagnosis and action plan.
  • Develop and implement a learning agenda of tests, studies, and cases in collaboration with cross-functional partners to support critical initiatives among Digital Commercial and Brand leaders.
  • Collaborate with Advanced Analytics and Data Science teams to apply innovative methodologies and frameworks across analytical initiatives.
  • Standardize reporting, analysis, and processes among regional teams. Partner with engineering and related vendors and teams to streamline data acquisition, modeling, and dashboarding.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, encouraging a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related area. Masters preferred.
  • 10+ years of analytics or related experience.
  • Robust knowledge of digital marketplaces and ecommerce, in a global environment.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and media buying, customer analytics, and product life cycle.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with individuals at any level, with a knack for articulating ideas, framing problems, and offering solutions.
  • You are a balanced strategic problem solver who can handle presentations, budget management, and you understand return on investment analysis.
  • Proven understanding of ETL, warehousing, and data modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of descriptive and predictive statistics, controlled testing, media mix modeling, causal inference, machine learning.
  • Experience with Digital Analytics vendors (IE: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and hands on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tool and SQL, Python or R.

Salary or Pay Range: $200,000 - $210,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
