Overview

We’re excited to add an Ecommerce Technical Solutions Analyst to the team, which manages global eCommerce sites, systems, and integrations! We have the opportunity to tackle complex production challenges, contribute to new project discovery, and conduct in-depth technical assessments. This role also plays a key role in defining system designs and requirements, and you'll lead back-end development efforts, often guiding contract employees who are new to our organization. 
This role is ideal for those that enjoy problem-solving and have a curiosity about diving into details to find solutions. We are looking for candidates that will thrive here using their skills at balancing multiple tasks simultaneously and easily adapting to changing priorities and timelines. 

 

What You'll Do

Collaborate with technical and business teams during eCommerce development projects to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Share standard processes for technical operations to maintain high standards.
Evaluate the needs and requirements for back-end integrations and functionality to ensure seamless performance.

  • Provide detailed technical requirements at a level that a developer can complete tasks.
  • Architect and support continual process improvements to reduce costs, increase revenue, and optimize efficiency.
  • Deploy / implement new systems and integration processes.
  • Complete occasional development tasks
  • Solution production issues with the ability to dig deep into problems across multiple systems at various levels.
  • Support and assist the Ecomm technical teams with knowledge of DNS, SSL, Networking of site flows and integrations.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years in the B2C eCommerce and/or website application development industry, ideally with a background in Global eCommerce platform implementation & operations.

  • System and data analytics, troubleshooting
  • SQL database concepts
  • Networking concepts (DNS, SSL, FTP, etc.)
  • CDN and bot mitigation experience
  • Ecommerce Order Management concepts
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas and requirements 
  • Payment processing concepts and platforms
  • SDLC
  • Software development experience
  • System integrations
  • XML, JSON

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware)
  • Cloudflare
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Microsoft Azure

  • Content delivery networks
  • PCI, SOX, GDPR, and PII compliance
  • Digital security concepts
  • Other eCommerce technologies

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
