What You'll Do
- Utilize React.js and related libraries to build modular, reusable components for web applications.
- Translate design wireframes and mockups into high-quality code, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Break large, open-ended problems into well-defined, developable, and deployable tasks.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with back-end developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
- Ensure accessibility standards are met and implement features for users with disabilities.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in front-end development and UI/UX design, and share that knowledge with your peers.
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of front-end code.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Identify areas for optimization and enhancement in existing codebases.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of front-end development processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related subject area, or equivalent relevant training and experience.
- 3+ years’ professional experience with React.js.
- 1+ years’ professional experience with SFCC.
- 5+ years’ professional experience as a developer, focused on web.
- Strong knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Mastery of React hook creation and usage.
- Demonstrated experience with modern React state management, including in complex situations.
- Comfort with a variety of common React development patterns and their situational usefulness.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
- Deep understanding of version control systems such as Git, including branching strategies and code review processes.
- Ability to create components and modules in design systems which can be distributed to other software projects.
- Experience with CMS tools and how to create, maintain and integrate content models.
- Proven capability to complete tasks autonomously, within deadlines, and with minimal guidance or oversight.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and resourcefulness in seeking out solutions when faced with challenges.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to overcome challenges and exceed expectations.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and taking decisive action.

Salary or Pay Range: $115, 000 - $130,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
