Overview
The Senior Marketing Specialist at Heydude is a pivotal role responsible for leading and executing Social Media, Tik Tok and Influencer marketing strategies across the Heydude International business with maximum effectiveness and strategic alignment. The Senior Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams and provides leadership in developing and implementing comprehensive Social Media, Tik Tok and Influencer marketing plans to drive business growth, create brand awareness and grow our community.
What You'll Do
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies with a focus on Tik Tok:
- Create and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Focus on TikTok to drive engagement and grow the audience.
- Stay updated with TikTok trends and use them to create viral content.
- Develop and curate engaging and creative content specifically for TikTok.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and resonates with the TikTok audience.
- Ensure cohesive social media efforts across all channels.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Handle influencer relationships and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.
- Develop and curate engaging and creative content specifically for TikTok.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and resonates with the TikTok audience.
Content Creation and Curation:
- Develop and curate engaging content tailored for TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
Analyze and Report Performance:
- Monitor and analyze social media and influencer campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy and optimize future campaigns.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
- Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.
- Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive social media efforts.
- Align social media strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
Community Management:
- Engage with the online community to form relationships and cultivate brand loyalty.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong experience in social media management and influencer marketing, with a strong focus on TikTok.
- Experience in creating and implementing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Excellent content creation and curation skills.
- Ability to analyze and report on social media performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
