Overview
The Senior Manager GTM (Maternity Cover) is responsible for creating and leading all aspects of the execution of a seasonal Go-To-Market plan across all digital platforms in EMEA; Ecommerce, Etail, Marketplaces and support India.
They will collaborate with the commercial digital, global digital, brand marketing and merchandising team to drive localized consumer moments, regional collaborations, new product introductions and promotional campaigns. The seasonal GTM plan should be of strong importance to fuel growth in strategic areas like key market growth and focus product collection growth.
Digital platforms include Crocs websites (DE, FR, UK, FI, NL & EU), and key accounts like Amazon, ASOS and Zalando which operate under a hybrid B2B and DTC model
This is a 12 month Materntiy Leave cover.
What You'll Do
Drive Commercial GTM strategy and Execution:
- Create and drive pre-season alignment across X-functional channels to consolidate all seasonal commercial & Brand activities, into a ‘’one brand, one vision’’ approach. 360 GTM plan; including product, discount, email, post purchase, social, affiliates and onsite experience
- Identify seasonal, market-specific commercial opportunities and promotions across all platforms for EMEA
- Drive regionally relevant creative Briefs & Contents through global and regional agencies across all digital channels
- Collaborate and develop regionally tailored strategies for the GTM plan with brand marketing, merchandising, the global GTM team, digital marketing, and for e-tail, marketplace key partners.
- Drive and direct the e-tail and marketplace calendars per season for all key account partners
- Lead all aspects of the briefing process for all creative and copy to marketing to deliver creative assets timely
- Elevate personalization activities primarily through email channel, on-site and post purchase
- Coordinate and lead end to end process across all digital channels. Serving as the key driver for updating and improving the wider team workflow
- Strive to reset India GTM strategy by collaborating with relevant teams and Senior GTM Manager. Leverage all key opportunities from EMEA launches and activations to create one vision
Team development:
- Lead and develop a team of 4 to 5 (in)direct reports
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 8+ Years’ experience (GTM or Project Management)
- 3+ Years of team leading experience
- Excellent commercial point of view
- Very organized
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, with quick turn-around times
- Ability to efficiently interact with all types and levels of individuals, both internally and externally
