Inventory Supply Planner

Overview
The Inventory Supply Planner will be responsible for handling and optimizing the supply chain, ensuring that sales forecasts are supported, and inventory targets are met. This role will drive key initiatives in supply planning, support business objectives through effective Open-To-Buy (OTB) management, and maintain collaboration across multiple departments, including Production Operations, Distribution Centers, and Logistics.
What You'll Do
- Draft Supply Plan & Pre-Meeting Preparation to drive and support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, ensuring actions are identified and implemented to meet inventory targets and service levels KPIs
- Set buy cycles based on sales forecasts and create detailed supply plans to ensure inventory is in line with Open-To-Buy targets to balance inventory levels, avoiding overstock or stockouts.
- Ensure purchase requisition are compliant to purchasing guidelines, such as MOQ and lead time.
- Work with Production Operations on stock replenishment, capacity constraints and supply delays.
- Perform demand/supply matching gap analysis and liaise with demand planners.
- Complete Inventory transfer between countries and inventory re-balancing within Country’s segments to optimize inventory level.
- Lead and adjust purchase orders (POs) in response to business changes, market dynamics, and demand fluctuations.
- Work closely with distribution centers and logistics teams to ensure the fulfillment of stock transfer orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring inventory availability.
- Master new o9 planning software system, enabling all features to improve planning KPI’s.
- Initiative and drive other Supply Planning related projects to optimize processes and gain efficiencies.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Business /Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.
- Minimum 2-5 years’ supply / inventory planning capability and able to work independently in multinational company environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, Safety Stock methods, MRP systems and S&OP planning process.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively work with various partners and lead presentations
- Capable to initiate new activities or projects and suggest constant process improvement using a growth mindset
- Experience with ERP System (SAP preferred) and Planning Systems (o9 preferred).
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
