Overview

The Inventory Control Coordinator maintains sales inventory to ensure our products are ready when needed.  You will be responsible for the accuracy and flow of inventory and assists with inventory initiatives.  This role is a part of the Field Operations team reporting to the Sr Inventory Control Analyst while providing support to over 250 US and Canadian retail stores for both of Crocs Inc brands, Crocs and Hey Dude.

 

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for Store Receiving and Inventory Control for all Retail Store Receipts
  • Distribution Center shipments, 3rd Party direct shipments, Factory Direct shipments and Store to Store transfers shipments.
  • Monitor shipments daily to meet with expectations on a by-store and by-shipment basis.
  • Maintaining valid and accurate processes across all shipment types.
  • Review and update procedures to support systemic changes and continuous Audit requirements.
  • Ensuring Receiving process align with and supports financial objectives and constraints.
  • Support retail locations by responding to emails and shipment error requests to maintain consistent inventory levels. 
  • Document and create policies and procedures for stores to follow as it relates to inventory mgmt.
  • Handles Inventory Movement & Adjustment processes.
  • Store-To-Store Transfers.
  • End of Life Product & Discontinued Licensed Product
  • Ad Hoc Inventory Requirements & Procedures.
  • Provides support to other Inv. control functions.
  • Components of the Store Physical Inventory Process, including store preparation, count monitoring and results tracking.
  • Create reports multiple times throughout the week to support retail locations.
  • Reconciling remaining On Hand product for closed locations.
  • Work cross-functionally with retail operations, allocations, and IT teams. 
  • Assist with the organization of new store openings, store closings, and temporary store locations with adjusting inventory levels.
  • Backup Support for Corporate Finance and Audit teams
  • Corporate Real Estate & Allocations for all aspects of OH & Average OH Inventory. 
  • Training and Implementation of business processes for Inventory control with Americas Retail.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Associate degree or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in logistics, inventory control, supply management
  • Retail background a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite including proficiency in Excel preferred
  • Ability to communicate reliably with leaders and peers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and meet deadlines
  • Effective time management and operate with sense of urgency
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions to meet fast-paced environment
  • Copes effectively with complexity and change
  • Minimal travel (less than 25%) will be required

Salary or Pay Range: $35,000-$45,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
