Overview

HEYDUDE is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Vice President, Chief Product & Merchandising Officer to help guide its future growth.

 

The Senior Vice President, Chief Product & Merchandising Officer will be responsible for developing a long-term global product strategy and roadmap. They will work closely with the merchandising, product, and design teams to achieve annual goals. This executive will also own the creation of the merchandising strategy, processes, and team, while prioritizing growth strategies that align with the brand's values and positioning. Additionally, they will oversee the launch of new products that cater to a diverse customer base and optimize the existing offerings.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record in strategic leadership, innovation, and enterprise-level decision-making.
  • 10+ years of executive-level leadership experience, including experience leading large teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred, or relevant professional qualifications in leadership or management.
  • Strong track record of being an effective leader while also driving market-leading product innovation within your organization(s).
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing strategic plans that drive organizational growth and transformation.
  • Proven ability to balance innovation with operational effectiveness in complex and fast-paced industries.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams through organizational change, building high-performance cultures, and developing top talent.

Salary or Pay Range: $440,000 - $450,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
