Overview

Here at Crocs, Inc. we’re seeking a Manager, Brand Analytics & Insights, to lead and oversee the strategic development, management, and execution of the global enterprise brand tracking program for the Crocs and HEYDUDE brands. This person will play an integral role in driving the implementation, adoption, utilization and reporting of brand KPIs and analyzing the effect of business levers on consumer perception of our brands and brand performance globally.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the development of the global enterprise brand tracking dashboard
  • Build the annual, periodic, regional and functional reporting format, analyses, visualizations and process
  • Proactively identify and report on segment trends and insights, brand KPIs, competitive and category performance
  • Collaborate regionally and cross-functionally with Crocs and HEYDUDE marketing, product, sales, and other teams to integrate brand insights and recommendations into their strategic planning, decision-making and reporting processes
  • Main contact for brand panel provider; Ensure frequent and smooth communication, consistent data quality and alignment with annual strategic needs
  • Be the point of contact for Crocs & HEYDUDE brand insights across the organization; Work with internal collaborators and external partners on projects that involve brand insights or funnel KPIs, including campaign execution and performance tracking

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Five (5)+ years of experience in market research with a focus on brand health tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field; Advanced degree in mathematics or statistics and/or extensive experience in market research/consumer insights within research firms, agencies, or brands preferred.
  • Broad understanding of consumer research methodologies, survey design, analysis, and reporting.
  • Sophisticated analytical skills with the ability to self-service and translate complex data, trends, and insights into actionable strategy.
  • Experience working with data analysis/data visualization tools like Excel, SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding project management abilities can move projects and initiatives forward in ambiguous and changing environments against timelines.
  • Experience working within matrixed organizations, building relationships, and driving alignment across departments.
  • Previous experience in retail/consumer products/footwear.
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

We would love to have this new person be based in our MA office. There is flexibility for CO office for the right candidate.

Salary or Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
