Overview

If you have experience in creative operations, creative/agency project management, production, and/or traffic management, we are seeking your organization capabilities, project management leadership, and can-do attitude to own the operations of our internal creative team. We generate a significant and broad array of creatives supporting the HEYDUDE brand across media communications, performance marketing, e-commerce digital creative for dotcom, in-store merchandising and marketing, and internal presentation and meeting creative. You are the main bridge between the brand-integrated marketing teams and the creative team, responsible for ensuring a comprehensive intake of briefs, management of timeline, operations & comms within the creative process (concept, explorations, feedback, final execution), ensuring that strong creative is aligned and delivered on time for in-market impact. You will also, with your direct report, handle the creative studio flow and brand shoots that generate creative assets. You are a leader on the creative team and a key conduit to the generation of brand assets that keep HEYDUDE fresh and breakthrough in the marketplace. What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the integrated operations leader and brand team to ensure the marketing operations process is handled, delivering ample assets across the footwear seasons of Spring/Summer and Fall/Holiday.
  • Leverage operational capacity and management skills to ensure multiple seasonal deliveries are handled at once across the integrated process.
  • Lead 1 direct report and the cadence and delivery of assets from internal and freelance suppliers of photography and videography.
  • Ensure quality intake materials (plans, briefs, timelines) and project manage the team to deliver per brief.
  • Hold a creative team to timeline deliveries across the process, setting up review, feedback, and alignment meetings, gathering notes, and ensuring work progress to completion.
  • Lead all aspects of the studio and outside agency/freelance production of assets.
  • Manage the creative budget across the monthly and annual processes to ensure responsible investment in creative generation and fiscal processes.
  • Manage the content sharing and filing system that enables partners to access assets for media, performance, international, retail, and communication needs.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 7 to 10 years in project management with at least 2 to 5 years specifically in creative operations management, product, and traffic management.
  • Background knowledge in creative operations and the creative process, brand management, integrated marketing development, and production.
  • Excellent organization, note-taking, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, footwear, fashion, and agency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle, and meet deadlines.
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
  • Copes effectively with complexity and change
  • Can run within a full workload environment with positivity and ability to have a laugh and bring the ‘hey’ to the team and environment.
  • Available to be present in-office 3 days per week.
  • Able to travel about 10 to 20% of the year for on-location shoots/meetings.

Salary or Pay Range: $105,000 - $120,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
