We’re looking for a Designer Footwear, CMG & Trend to join the fastest growing brand in the footwear industry! Reporting to the Sr. Design Manager, Footwear – CMG & Trend, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a global collection based on comfort, style, and an easy everyday feel. In reporting to the Senior Manager of CMG, Trend, you’ll support in interpreting emerging trends and consumer insights to drive the execution of seasonal color, materials, and graphics. You thrive in a fast-paced global environment collaborating cross functionally to get key partners on board. We adapt quickly, fluid, and have a lot of fun along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Senior Manager of CMG & Trend in developing the seasonal storytelling for the execution of Color, Materials, Graphics & Trends across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids.
  • Create detailed and thorough CMG packs, focusing on thoughtful storytelling and impactful collection building with a lens on the consumer and key seasonal trends.
  • Exemplify a strong conceptual ability with an open-mindedness to strategize and design for varied cross-category wearing occasions and consumers.
  • Be highly creative, pushing the limits of color and material application while remaining pragmatic in approach, workload, file maintenance, and internal tool building.
  • Have an awareness and passion for the fashion landscape, in both footwear and apparel, with the ability to distill relevant consumer trends, street style, culture, and competitor insights.
  • Deliver brand-relevant custom print and graphics, commercially focused and elevated in the application.
  • Assist in seasonal research and color palette builds, including color storytelling mood boards.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in footwear/apparel with a focus on Graphic/Print/Color.
  • Expertise and a high-taste level for color, materials, and graphics.
  • Highly technically skilled in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop, exemplifying strong CAD proficiency as well as pattern repeat and textile design.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, varied seasonal calendar.
  • Ability to travel to both domestic and international markets as required.
  • High attention to detail, creatively and administratively.

Salary or Pay Range: $78,400 - $88,400  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
