Warehouse Associate - Weekend Shift

Overview

We’re looking for warehouse associates with a strong work ethic, solid attendance history, and a desire for growth! This position requires a strong attention to detail.

This position supports our VAS Department on the weekend shift, Friday - Sunday, 6am-6:30pm. Our VAS department is responsible for ensuring that all wholesale orders leave our building meeting the standard that our customer set. Strong attention to detail is required in this role.  

Our base pay of $17.00 /hour for Warehouse Associates is just the beginning. You will also be eligible for:

• Quarterly bonus opportunities
• 120 hours PTO in your first calendar year (accrued per pay)

What You'll Do

Our Distribution Center is the heart of what we do at Crocs!  You'll be responsible for ensuring that products gets into the hands of the most important group in our supply chain:  our customers!  You could do that by:

• Receiving product into our warehouses
• Readying product for shipment to our customers, stores, and wholesale partners either by picking, packing, or creating shipping labels
• Ensuring we meet the exacting standards of our wholesale customers

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Strong attendance record, work ethic, and safety record
• Flexibility to be cross-trained in different departments
• Able to lift up to 60lbs regularly
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crawl
