What You'll Do

  • Assisting with Projects: Interns will support ongoing projects by conducting research, gathering data, or providing administrative support.
  • Learning and Training: Interns will participate in learning opportunities, training sessions, and workshops to gain practical skills and knowledge in their field.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside team members to contribute ideas, offer insights, and collaborate on tasks or projects.
  • Task Execution: Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities within deadlines, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Interns will possibly prepare reports, presentations, or documentation based on their assigned projects or tasks.
  • Networking: Engage with professionals within the company, attending networking events, and building connections for future career opportunities.

 

The TMLD Intern will be assigned to support high priority workstreams underway during the summer of 2024. Example workstreams that will likely be in process during this time include:

  • Support the implementation, deployment, and change plan of our new Learning Management System (testing, data migration, end user training, trouble shooting, etc.)
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Support data collection, roll up, and insight generation of our global talent reviews and succession planning efforts.
  • Support the development and/or implementation of for director leadership development.
  • Build out resources to support our HRBP Talent Management Toolkit
  • Evaluate our performance management process and provide insights, identify best practices, and formulate recommendations for future enhancements.
  • Support the design and deployment  of development plans in our human capital management system.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant graduate program (anticipated graduation in December 2024 or June 2025.)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills essential.
  • Strong interest in human resources, talent management, or related fields.
  • Computer software knowledge Microsoft Tools (Teams, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc).
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills (ability to use basic formulas & functions, cell referencing, data sorting & filtering, charts & graphs, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, importing & exporting data, etc)

Title: HR Intern - Talent Management  

Salary or Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50 /hour

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
