Overview

As the Global Mobility Specialist at Crocs, Inc., you will support the mobility program in handling domestic and international employee transfers, relocations, and assignments. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth transitions for employees and compliance with global mobility policies and procedures. You will oversee the entire relocation/assignment lifecycle (pre-departure, at-post, repatriation) to ensure the successful and efficient execution of Crocs, Inc.’s global mobility program.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate all phases of relocation/assignment processes, including initiation, ongoing tracking and monitoring, and liaising with internal and external partners on tax, immigration, and relocation support to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support throughout the relocation/assignment process.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and compliant with Crocs Inc.’s mobility policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all mobility-related activities and employee information.
  • Monitor relocation/assignment timelines, track key milestones, and ensure smooth transition for employees.
  • Address employee inquiries and proactively find opportunities to reduce potential issues through effective communication, efficient operations, and strategic vendor partnerships.
  • Review and process invoices to ensure accuracy against agreed fees, quotes, and policies. Collaborate with third-party partners to resolve discrepancies or incorrect invoices.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of global mobility processes and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on global mobility activities, including costs, timelines, and compliance metrics.
  • Communicate regularly with internal collaborators to align on mobility policies and procedures.
  • Gather feedback from employees on their mobility experience to identify areas for improvement.
  • Propose initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience in alignment with global mobility objectives.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in global mobility, HR, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple relocations/assignments, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • High degree of cultural sensitivity and awareness of cultural considerations in global relocations and assignments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex global mobility challenges effectively.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in global mobility regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage workload with sense of urgency.
  • Adaptability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
  • Resilience to cope effectively with complexity and change.

Salary or Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
