Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for leading all store operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional consumer experience while driving sales performance and operational excellence. This role oversees team development, store profitability, and compliance with company standards, while serving as a brand ambassador and fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture within the store.
What You'll Do
- Drive store performance by achieving sales goals, customer service standards, and operational KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and develop store associates through training, feedback, and ongoing performance management.
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Foster a positive and engaging team environment aligned with Crocs' culture and values.
- Analyze business trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Ensure exceptional consumer experiences through effective leadership and customer engagement strategies.
- Make informed operational and staffing decisions to maximize store productivity and performance.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting product knowledge, new launches, collaborations, and brand initiatives
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail leadership experience. Candidates must provide employment history verification through the gov.br platform (Carteira de Trabalho Digital) as part of the hiring process.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and driving sales performance.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze business results and implement action plans.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in accordance with applicable labor legislation (CLT) and with payment of any legally required premiums.
