HEYDUDE is looking for a Wholesale Marketing Manager to develop and implement our wholesale marketing initiatives. The role will work closely with the sales team to establish growth objectives with our priority wholesale accounts with a primary emphasis on the Family Channel. This position will work with the Director of Shopper Marketing to establish KPI’s per account along with a yearly budget and plan activations and identify growth opportunities to align with business objectives. This position will build full year campaigns and provide insights and high-level recaps upon completion of activation. The Wholesale Marketing Manager will have a high degree of creativity, collaboration, communication, and extensive wholesale experience. This person thrives with being a relationship builder, diligent, and has unmatched follow-through and communication.

What You'll Do

  • Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with wholesale accounts including paid social, digital media, in-store activations, print, shop-in-shops, sales programs, and all other marketing activations.
  • Partner closely with integrated marketing team members, merchandise, and sales teams to ensure account marketing plans support key product stories and deliver against shared business goals.
  • Design, build and deliver strategic marketing presentations for internal and account-facing meetings.
  • Work with internal cross-functional partners to ensure the wholesale marketing team delivers a consistent and coordinated brand experience and message across all account platforms.
  • Partner with the wholesale.com team to implement standard process e-tail marketing tactics, securing efficient return on investment and HEYDUDE digital strategies.
  • Handle day-to-day account relationships while operating in a multi-season cycle ranging from current season tactical execution to future season planning. Also including but not limited to budget tracking and management, presentation development, marketing program recaps, account visits etc.
  • Strategic marketing brief development and project timeline management
  • Support in the planning and execution of all Seasonal Sales Meetings and trade shows as needed.
  • Handle third party vendors and lead all aspects of projects which may include but are not limited to concepting, production, storage, shipping, and billing.
  • Attend all sales meetings, account strategy meetings, sell ins, and marketing led meetings associated with the account base’s business cycle.
  • Bring new ideas to fruition.
  • Lead with a growth mindset by identifying ways to expand the business, evolve internal processes and by sharing standard methodologies with cross-functional partners and regional team members.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience is highly desired either in field or brand capacity, ideally in footwear.
  • Strong presentation skills along with previous key account management experience and budget management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce marketing is preferred but not vital.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel and represent the brand in a professional manner as needed.
  • The ability to plan, write, present, and deliver marketing plans on behalf of the brand.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.  Ability to successfully communicate at all levels of organization.
  • Ability to persuade, influence and build consensus among key partners.
  • Self-starter, able to work in a very fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and high level of passion for the brand.

Salary or Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
