We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist, Wholesale Marketing to drive and elevate our marketing initiatives. This role will serve as a liaison between our wholesale partners and internal teams, ensuring marketing activations that support revenue growth and brand development. The ideal candidate will bring wholesale marketing experience, creativity, and leadership to build marketing programs tailored to each account’s outstanding business objectives.
In this role, the incumbent will report to the Wholesale Marketing Manager and will lead the development of long-term campaigns, analyze results to guide future activations, and handle specific account budgets. The Senior Specialist, Marketing should excel in cross-functional collaboration, detailed planning, and communication while embracing a proactive and meticulous approach. This role requires an understanding of the wholesale market and the ability to innovate marketing strategies that deliver impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead marketing initiatives for key wholesale accounts, developing growth plans with the Shopper Marketing Director, Wholesale Marketing Manager, and Sales teams.
- Develop customized go-to-market strategies for accounts, including paid social, digital media, in-store activations, print, sales programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Development of high-impact marketing activations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
- Carry out analyses of account performance, delivering actionable insights, tracking metrics, and producing comprehensive post-mortem reports.
- Lead all aspects of budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of marketing funds while improving return on investment across wholesale campaigns.
- Act as a mentor and guide for junior wholesale marketing specialists, encouraging standard methodologies in project execution and partner communications.
- Represent the marketing team in high-level wholesale account meetings, providing strategic recommendations and support in sell-in discussions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with merchandise, sales, creative, and digital teams to improve the efficiency of activations.
- Orchestrate the planning of major brand and account-facing events, industry trade shows, and high-profile wholesale activations to reinforce brand presence and positioning.
- Drives visual merchandising efforts including briefing, project management, and execution across wholesale marketing initiatives to drive consistency.
- Travel Requirement: ~25%, supporting sales meetings, account visits, and live marketing activations.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale marketing, shopper marketing, or brand marketing, ideally within the footwear or fashion industries.
- Proven track record to develop strategic marketing plans and implement multi-channel campaigns tailored for wholesale partners.
- Strong budget management experience, ensuring financial efficiency and program impact.
- Expertise in forming relationships with key accounts, ensuring mutual growth and marketing alignment.
- Outstanding leadership and presentation skills, influencing internal teams and external partners.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to innovate marketing solutions that align with brand positioning and industry trends.
- Passion for footwear, fashion, and consumer behavior insights.

Salary or Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
