Overview
HEYDUDE is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Brand Media to partner in the strategic development, management, and execution of brand media. This person will play an integral role in driving brand awareness, consideration, and new customers to the brand.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, consumer-centric, and a creative problem solver. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to how they approach their work and strategic thinking. This individual over indexes in their brand media expertise with extensive background and confidence in developing, executing, and optimizing brand media plans. They have a strong understanding of brand media with an emphasis on digital whilst keeping up on emerging platforms.
This position sits on the brand marketing team, reporting to the Director of Brand Media. In this role, you gain exposure to the entire marketing mix given media is an integral component that helps amplify marketing tactics into the consumer media sphere. The main component of this role is to work cross-functionally to manage our media campaigns- this includes briefing content/product needs, trafficking creative, compiling results, and working with the media agency to optimize the campaign.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the Brand Media Director to develop the media strategy and plans for the brand, noting the product inventory and content needs.
- Partner with the media agency to oversee day-to-day management of paid campaigns, including planning and recapping all key tests and campaigns.
- Develop testing and learning plans to improve value, share insights and build future priorities.
- Work with the integrated cross functional partners communicating asset needs and ensure work is submitted on time and brand story is consistent across programs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns to optimize spend and performance, draw insights, and communicate data-driven, actionable takeaways that support the marketing team’s goals.
- Build recommendations for creative assets and strategies across the media plan, crafting all subsequent briefs for the creative team.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or related degree (ie: Communication, Design, Advertising).
- At least 5+ years of extensive experience and proficiency in paid media coupled with a foundation in brand media.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of media trafficking process and deep understanding of media creative and how to optimize.
- Broad knowledge of media measurement and reporting to help set objectives, identify optimizations, and communicate performance to key collaborators.
- Self-starter able to independently move projects forward prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Agile in adjusting and adapting to the changing consumer and business environment.

Salary or Pay Range: $87,000 - $97,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
