What You'll Do
Strategic calendar development.
- Define and drive Product Creation Calendar & Process Management.
- Manage and deconflict Multi Season Overlap & Management.
- Ensure proper Milestone Execution.
- Assume proper Stakeholder Management and Communication.
- Lead cross functional alignment & resolution where necessary.
Drive operational excellence
- Support the evaluation of business and technical requirements that the product creation and merchandising teams may need for future growth initiatives, collaborations, etc.
- Map and measure the performance of every step-in product operation.
- Establish repeatable processes to support product life cycle and continual optimization.
- Build tools for improved efficiency in product teams.
- Synthesize both quantitative & qualitative data to develop and track operational KPIs.
Work cross-functionally to optimize product operations
- Point of contact for initiatives across Category Management, Product Development, Design, Global Merchandising, Marketing, and Regional partners. Ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.
- Collaborate with cross- functional leaders to find opportunities for process improvement, calendarize & build agendas, create and report critical metrics, and ensure pipeline landmarks are met.
- Understand and communicate the critical Brand initiatives to internal cross functional teams.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related degree with expertise in Product Creation, Retail, and Management or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of dynamic operations and/or strategy experience with an apparel/footwear manufacturer or retailer, ideally working in a high-growth organization.
- Deep knowledge of product to market process and end-to-end product operations.
- Confirmed understanding of product strategy.
- Prior experience working for a highly matrixed global company.
- Able to use meticulous logic, insights, and methods to address problems with effective solutions.
- Possess system thinking skills and an ability to connect dots holistically.
- Able to build constructive and significant relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners.
- Address high profile initiatives, project teams, across multiple functions.
- Consistent record of leading with curiosity and ability to think creatively.
- Proven ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Excellent at setting priorities.
- Shown executive presence, ability to navigate complexity, serve as a bridge across creative, technical, and analytical teams, and collaborate across a senior leadership team.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Title: Sr. Manager, Product Operations
Salary or Pay Range: $135,000 - $145,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
