Overview

The Sr. Key Account Manager for HEYDUDE is responsible for driving growth across assigned wholesale accounts, delivering on sales and profitability targets, and building strong, long-term retail partnerships. This role leads end-to-end account management, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally to maximize brand performance in the marketplace. Reports to the Director of Sales within the Sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across assigned accounts by achieving or exceeding sales targets and seasonal objectives
  • Manage end-to-end account ownership, including order acquisition, fulfillment oversight, compliance issues, and returns management
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to grow market share, optimize assortment, and strengthen retailer partnerships
  • Lead sell-in and sell-through performance in partnership with marketing and retail teams; monitor inventory, pricing, and markdown strategies
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing account relationships
  • Analyze sales performance, marketplace trends, and competitor insights to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations aligned to seasonal merchandising and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., operations, demand planning, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless execution and strong customer experience

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in footwear and key/strategic account management
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. retail and wholesale landscape, including consumer and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, manage complex accounts, and influence outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, including retail math, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential); willingness to travel as needed (~50%)

Salary or Pay Range: $139,000 - $149,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
