Overview

The Sr. Growth & Strategy Manager for Crocs, Inc. (Crocs and HEYDUDE) is responsible for leading high-impact strategic initiatives that drive growth and enterprise value. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy, this role partners with senior leadership across brand, product, channel, and operations to shape and implement long-term growth strategies. Acting as a project lead, the Sr. Manager will structure, lead, and deliver cross-functional workstreams while coaching and developing junior team members.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategy projects end-to-end – frame strategic questions, structure workplans, manage execution, and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Mentor team members – collaborate on day-to-day work of Analysts/Associates, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Conduct and direct advanced analyses – including market assessments, consumer research, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to evaluate growth opportunities.
  • Develop business cases and board-ready materials – translate complex analysis into compelling narratives that influence executive decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment – partner with leaders across brand, marketing, channel, finance, and operations to ensure recommendations are actionable and embedded.
  • Monitor performance and track impact – establish key performance indicators, dashboards, and processes to measure effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities – assess white space, adjacencies, M&A, partnerships, and innovation platforms.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and strategic thinking – continuously bring fresh perspectives, frameworks, and ideas to help evolve Crocs, Inc.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS/BA in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not required).
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate strategy.
  • Strong background in consumer/retail, growth strategy, and business transformation.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving analyses independently, and mentoring small teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly skilled in financial modeling, market/competitive analysis, and strategic frameworks.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving orientation with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight timelines.

Title: Sr. Growth & Strategy Manager 

Salary or Pay Range: $150,000 - $160,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
