Overview

The Sr. Global Enterprise Marketing Technology Specialist of Crocs, Inc, is an eCommerce technology authority who will improve the product management activities of our global digital delivery team. In this enterprise role you will be a key member of the team protecting the Crocs Inc brands (Crocs and HEYDUDE). The primary responsibility for this person will be to steward the continued growth and development of the brand’s global ecommerce platforms, vendor management, and technical delivery teams.


The strategic and results-driven Senior Specialist, Enterprise Brand Marketing Product Management will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our foundational technology initiatives. This role is critical in future proofing our digital ecosystem and scaling core platforms to support business growth. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Digital (design, development, operations, and business teams) to build and optimize scalable, resilient, and high-performing digital infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Director, DTC Product Management in carrying out the product roadmap for the Global Brand Marketing Team, including but not limited to – Figma, AirTable, Smartling, Transperfect, as well as any social media management and performance marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with our Project Management Team and Development Team to sponsor new projects and new technology products throughout the development lifecycle: clearly define the scope of work, gather and prioritize business requirements, and refine development tasks to ensure alignment with our goals and deliver optimal technology for global marketing that integrates into our enterprise architecture.
  • Lead agile team meetings as the product owner representative; aligning with Director, DTC Product Management, project manager, and delivery team to prioritize and usher requests through completion.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to develop requirement documents, functional specifications, training materials, and use cases for any new global marketing technology.
  • Define and maintain performance by monitoring metrics for relevant features and assessing the value of our vendors against current landscape.
  • Make strategy decisions based on technology unification, operational efficiency, and cost savings ensuring new and current technology support short term goals with long term scalability.
  • Capture ideas and requirements from customers and partners across teams to define market opportunities and customer expectations.
  • Utilize defined product discovery process to document partner requirements and technical recommendations prior to delivery process.
  • Take ownership of enterprise-wide initiatives, driving results through effective collaboration with development teams, designers, and other cross functional collaborators.
  • Support and refine scalable architectures, integrations, and core digital infrastructure that improve performance and operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of digital product, ecommerce, or technology experience.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with business functions to define requirements and deliver impactful features.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, modern architectures, and ecommerce ecosystems.
  • Strong ability to solve complex problems and deliver systematic improvements aligned to business needs.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, global environments with changing priorities.
  • Passion for digital innovation and improving customer experience through scalable technology.

Title: Sr. Global Enterprise Marketing Technology Specialist 

Salary or Pay Range: $92,000 - $102,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
