Overview
This position will play a key role in supporting the Brand team on implement plans that drive EBIT improvement across new Commercial launches and support the building of operating expense forecasts/budgets. This is a highly visible position across multiple areas of the business and the candidate must have a great sense of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills. HEYDUDE is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn and be challenged.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Develop monthly presentations to highlight financial results and business drivers to management
- Analyze monthly results in comparison to budgets, forecasts, and prior year, proactively finding opportunities for improvement
- Perform analysis to help support gross margin growth on current styles and new product innovation
- Collaborate with the Global Brand Partnerships team to build ROIs for potential new partnerships
- Build Brand Marketing ROI’s supporting innovation and Commercial launches
- Support ad hoc requests across different functions of the business including Commercial Teams
- Build and improve completed financial models to drive business decisions and improvements in planning and forecasting
- Establish strong, collaborative working relationships, maintaining ongoing consistent communications with business partners
What You'll Do
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business administration, finance or economics
- 5 years of related/applicable experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
- Expert in building models for analysis
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable and independent
