We are hiring a consumer-focused and data-driven Senior Director, eTail & Marketplaces to join the fastest growing brand in the footwear industry! This role will own end-to-end performance of HEYDUDE on Amazon US and other major marketplaces, as well as relationships with key accounts in the eTail space. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing an outstanding and consistent brand experience from browse to fulfillment, unlocking revenue through optimization of each marketplace platform. As a new role to the HEYDUDE organization, this person has the opportunity to build a strategic vision and department from the ground up, with the intent of developing SMEs for Amazon, Marketplaces, and Key eTail segments.


You will take ownership of strategy, day-to-day operations and overall performance for HEYDUDE Amazon accounts (FBA & FBM), inclusive of sales-centric KPIs, Amazon Account Health metrics, inventory levels and ad performance. You will also develop incredible Amazon advertising strategies to improve growth opportunities using in-house and agency talent. We value candidates with entrepreneurial mentality that are comfortable challenging conventional wisdom, constantly searching for creative ways to win and capitalizes on growth opportunities! The ideal candidate can thrive in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with ambiguity and is an excellent teammate that understands what it means to win together. What You'll Do

  • Lead US HEYDUDE eTail team in developing 3rd party marketplace expansion strategy inclusive of current and emerging platforms
  • Establish relationships with important eTail vendors, using Amazon/Marketplaces and HEYDUDE eCommerce expertise to identify and socialize external growth opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key eCommerce initiatives, promotions, demand planning and brand marketing
  • Build and lead a team with focus on delivering and enabling results for Amazon, eTail and Marketplaces channels
  • Collaborate with HEYDUDE Global eCommerce team, platform ideas, and set Brand wide standards
  • Handle annual budget and forecasting for Amazon, 3rd party marketplaces

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BA or BS in business, marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years in B2C eCommerce with shown success growing enterprise-level Amazon business in both FBA and FBM structures. SME for Amazon & marketplaces best practices
  • 5-7 years leading and developing eCommerce talent
  • Proven ability to craft annual Marketplaces strategic plan and forecast aligned with both department and organizational performance goals
  • Strong business process experience, including project management and resource prioritization and utilization

Salary or Pay Range: $215,000 - $225,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.


This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
