Overview
As the Men’s Sr. Category Manager with HEYDUDE you will have the opportunity to partner with teammates to ensure successful product roadmap. You will manage the Men’s global line plan to meet the strategic goals and long-term vision of the brand. You will use your passion for trend and footwear to build a strong product range for the HEYDUDE men’s consumer globally. This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple functions. You will apply effective communication & organizational skills to support the product creation process from end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Passion for the Men’s footwear industry.
- Be on the pulse of trend & fashion within this space; be the go-to on the team for trend and translate those insights into the men’s global range.
- Deep knowledge of the Men’s global consumer, with a passion for the Heydude consumer.
- Demonstrate consumer, competitor, and data-driving insights to drive the vision for the Men’s footwear category.
- Knowledge of the global marketplace and experience working with key retail partners.
- Understand key brand objectives and initiatives on an annual & seasonal basis.
- Implement a global footwear roadmap in partnership with Director and support in the identification of key opportunities for the category globally.
- Build impact through product management excellence, line planning, briefing, product lifecycle & triad collaboration.
- Support execution of seasonal brand & category objectives; excellence in line planning & briefing, special or off-timeline project management, system management, sample tracking & organization, timeline management, turning point presentation support, and cross-functional communication.
- Lead by example & mentor greener teammates.
- Partner and lead product team & men’s triad (design & pd) throughout the product creation process.
- Drive analytical work with historical & real-time performance data using an insight-to-action approach to support decision-making.
- Partner with marketing team on go-to-market with product naming, product copy briefing & editing, and cross-functional communication on changes to product or timing.
- Management of PLM system & samples as needed with support of Associate Category Manager.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 5 years’ experience in product line management/footwear preferred
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and works collaboratively with cross-functional team members.
- Willingness to go-with-the-flow in a start-up culture.
- A passion for understanding consumer, culture, market & trends with a distinguished taste-level and eye for commerciality.
- Seeks to understand multiple points of view, maintain a learning mentality, and expresses viewpoints with confidence.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; specifically, within PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience within PLM system (Centric or similar)
- Excellent analytical abilities and an actioned-oriented approach to data.
- Creative, out of the box thinking to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to travel globally

Title: Sr. Category Manager - Men's
Salary or Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
