Overview
As part of the HEYDUDE North America Social Commerce team, the Social Commerce Specialist supports the day-to-day operations, execution, and performance of the TikTok Shop (TTS) business. Reporting to the Manager, Social Commerce (TTS), this role helps run GTM planning, creator operations, sampling, content flow, PID management, and reporting to ensure strong performance and operational excellence. They will work cross-functionally with Digital Commerce, Creative, GTM, Integrated Marketing, and Marketplace Ops to support the fast-moving and highly collaborative TTS ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Support the creation and maintenance of the TikTok Shop GTM calendar, aligning with product flow, campaign moments, and integrated marketing plans.
- Assist with TTS GTM execution, including brief preparation, asset coordination, and campaign set-up needs.
- Run day-to-day TikTok Shop operational tasks, such as PID updates, product uploads, pricing checks, and order/fulfillment monitoring through Rithum.
- Track seller score, shipping SLAs, content violations, and operational risks; flag issues proactively to cross-functional partners.
- Support creator community management, including outreach, communication, product education, and coordinating sampling shipments.
- Own and update sampling trackers to ensure accurate tracking of units seeded, content returns, and creator productivity.
- Pull, organize, and interpret weekly performance metrics (GMV, orders, content volume, SPS, CTR, CVR), supporting reporting shared with leadership.
- Supervise competitive activity, TikTok platform updates, and emerging content trends to help advise content strategy and creator briefs.
- Partner with Digital Marketing teams to support UGC content syndication by sharing and scaling UGC off-platform.
- Maintain process documentation, trackers, templates, and shared folders to support workflow efficiency and team alignment.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, social commerce, digital marketing, or creator/influencer operations.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, short-form video culture, creators, and social commerce protocols.
- Comfortable with operational tasks such as product ingestion (PID), catalog updates, and fulfillment/shipping monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills with experience pulling and interpreting digital benchmarks and performance dashboards.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Clear communicator, able to manage creator correspondence, cross-functional updates, and written reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Creative, GTM, Integrated Marketing, and Marketplace Ops.
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets, TikTok Shop Seller Center, and common project management and communication tools.

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
