HEYDUDE is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to join our North America Marketing team. This role acts as the voice of the consumer, translates global strategy into regional brand activation, and leads coordinated marketing planning for our owned retail stores.


This role has critical influence with NA retail sales, product, merchandising, finance, creative and other cross-functional teams. Reports to the Director of Shopper Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Build annual and seasonal marketing plans for Retail channel that deliver both on brand and business goals, working closely with various cross-functional teams.
  • Support the Retail GTM strategy and deliverables. Translate Global objectives into strategic retail marketing programs to improve customer acquisition and retention to achieve the Americas revenue goal.
  • Leverage data driven insights to inform marketing campaigns and activation strategies.
  • Effectively drive cross-functional coordination and execution of marketing strategies that will make a material impact on brand perception and product desirability in retail stores.
  • Partner closely and work collaboratively with teams, including product, merchandising and sales channels.
  • Support the ideation briefing and execution of strong, compelling, and consumer centric content activations that support the brand and aligns to our vision.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of our consumers and our brand and thoughtfully incorporate into everything that we do and every campaign that we bring to market.
  • Contribute to store profitability and boost store traffic by developing and completing retail marketing plans and key marketing events at the store level.
  • Partner with VM to ensure perfect and timely execution of new products, services and offers in all retail channels.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Build strong external relationships with Key Wholesale accounts and retail developers.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance to identify trends, insights and optimization opportunities.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field, MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a background in Branding and/or Retail.
  • Comprehensive background in brand marketing and proficiency in creative brief writing is a requirement.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to build strategic marketing presentations.
  • Cross-functional team experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication both written and verbal, including professional international competence with all levels of seniority.
  • Lead with initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks, problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to translate data, assessments, and observations into useful strategy.
  • Well-organized, detail oriented and possess strong time-management.
  • Capable of handling complex situations in a changing environment; able to consider challenging decisions in a timely and thoughtful manner.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Title: Retail Marketing Manager 

Salary or Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
