Overview

We are looking for a Onsite Merchandising Specialist to join our HEYDUDE Digital Commerce team. The Onsite Merchandising Specialist plays a key role in driving sales and conversion by optimizing onsite initiatives and merchandising strategies. This position is responsible for product cataloging, on-site optimizations, and supporting the execution of the go-to-market strategy and seasonal calendar.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, trend-savvy, and comfortable making data-informed decisions to improve the customer journey and site performance. A strong understanding of digital merchandising best practices and a passion for continuous improvement is critical.

We’re looking for a collaborative, solutions-oriented team member who brings a growth mindset and consistently asks “how can we” to help achieve financial targets for the NAM eCommerce business. Experience with both Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is highly preferred.

What You'll Do

Key Accountability 1: Execute daily onsite merchandising activity

  • Implement all merchandising activity such as product information & placement, taxonomy, product ranking, navigation, and onsite search.
  • Scheduling creative content and aiding in the evolution of our standard methodology’s playbook.
  • Maintain site navigation. Build and remove categories as needed based on merchandising strategies. Web analytics and sales dashboard to be maintained and shared.

Key Accountability 2: Drive Onsite Conversion

  • Collaborate with the global eCommerce team to prioritize investments and execution of promo and product story telling initiatives that are the primary traffic & CVR drivers for .com.
  • Build weekly and monthly reporting for onsite performance, homepage performance, site search etc. Conduct analysis and recommend solutions to increase sales.

Key Accountability 3: Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UX, Product, Merchants, and Digital Marketing to apply shared knowledge to update onsite experiences & evolve plans.
  • Self-motivated and independent in driving projects and tasks.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related experience
  • 2+ years’ experience of product and merchandising experience
  • Ability to deliver results in a lean, entrepreneurial global environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze & synthesize information and recommend actions
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members and strive toward a unified vision
  • Self-directed with a passion for growing and dynamic businesses

Title: Onsite Merchandising Specialist 

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
