Overview

The Merchandising Coordinator for HEYDUDE reports to the Director of Merchandising and plays a critical role in supporting the development and execution of seasonal product assortments. This role partners cross-functionally to manage assortment data, tools, reporting, samples and calendars that enable the Merchandising team to deliver optimized, data-informed product lines aligned to category and business goals.

This is a highly analytical, detail-oriented role that supports merchandising decision-making through strong process management, reporting, and communication.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and manage seasonal product assortments within Centric and B2B systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support assortment planning and framework development through data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve merchandising reports related to sales, SKU productivity, margin, sell-through, and market trends.
  • Manage merchandising calendars, process-driven documents, and meeting materials to support seasonal milestones.
  • Coordinate and communicate assortment details and changes to cross-functional partners, including Sales and the Operations teams.
  • Support the Merchandising team by preparing insights and tools that inform product decisions and revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, process clarity, and smooth execution throughout the product lifecycle.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience; merchandising, retail, or product-related experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, SKU efficiency, margin, and market trends.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to navigate shifting priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Title: Merchandising Coordinator 

Salary or Pay Range: $42,000 - $52,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
