We're hiring a Retail Marketing Manager to drive full-funnel traffic initiatives across digital, in-store, and grassroots channels. This role will execute seasonal marketing plans aligned with product priorities to boost traffic and conversion. Reporting to the Director, Retail Marketing, you'll collaborate closely across teams in a highly cross-functional environment.
What You'll Do
- Execute seasonal marketing plans that align with Crocs’ priorities and deliver strong ROI.
- Drive brand engagement and conversion at retail stores through impactful consumer experiences.
- Manage calendar through cross-functional collaboration aligning brand strategy with key product stories and business goals.
- Implement go-to-market campaigns across paid social, digital, in-store, print, and mall partner channels.
- Lead and manage mall activations to increase brand awareness and store traffic during peak consumer moments.
- Manage marketing briefs and project timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Use reporting tools to deliver regular KPI analysis and insights.
- Stay curious about retail trends and competitors to strengthen brand connection.
- Champion growth by identifying business opportunities, improving processes, and sharing best practices across teams.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of DTC marketing experience, preferably in footwear or consumer brands.
- Strong presentation and budget management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership and communication skills across all levels.
- Skilled at influencing and building alignment among stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, thrives in fast-paced environments, and passionate about the brand.
- Willing to travel up to 20%.

Salary or Pay Range: $105,000 - $110,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
