Overview
The Manager, HEYDUDE BRAND FP&A for Crocs, Inc. is responsible for playing a key role in supporting the Brand team on implementing plans that will support the building of operating expense forecasts/budgets. This person will support the Brand while helping consolidate HEYDUDE Financials for Enterprise level presentations. This is a highly visible position across multiple areas of the business, and the candidate must have a great sense of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What You'll Do
- Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes for the HEYDUDE brand, providing financial guidance that supports strategic growth objectives
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to Brand, Product, and Commercial teams to develop financial models, evaluate investments, and assess the impact of campaigns
- Analyze monthly financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results, identifying key drivers, risks, opportunities, with actionable recommendations
- Build scenario analyses and forecast models that leverage insights to inform business strategies and decision-making
- Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate financial results, business drivers, and investment effectiveness to senior leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, spending efficiency, and forecast accuracy through data-driven insights and fact-based recommendations
- Establish strong cross-functional partnerships while driving continuous improvement in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes through automation and best practices.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business administration, finance or economics
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or related/applicable experience supporting complex business environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with BI tools, SAP, BPC or familiar financial planning systems preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional planning and business processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and scenarios planning expertise
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, profitability analysis, and work capital management
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment

Salary or Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
