Overview

 

The Manager of FP&A will be a key financial leader supporting the Director of Finance and HEYDUDE. Delivering transparency and insight to enable optimal decision making through financial planning, reporting and analysis.  Key responsibilities include being the finance go to for the brand marketing team and leading development and continuous improvement of reporting.  This position will report to the Director of Finance and will manage a financial analyst.

What You'll Do

 

•    Drive the development and implementation of FP&A processes, tools, models, timelines, and systems to support requirements of Finance and the greater organization. 
•    Financial lead for implementation of the ERP System and Reporting for existing tools and new ERP.
•    Drive improvement, recommend solutions and implement best practices to enhance the reporting and analytical infrastructure.
•    Act as a controller for brand marketing team, including analyzing monthly spend, accruals, budget with a focus on marketing investments.
•    Build business cases and track KPIs to measure the value of partnerships with Influencers, Brand Ambassadors, and experiential events.
•    Act as a lead for global consolidation of financial, prepare monthly reporting and analysis for leadership review.  
•    Help develop presentation quality deliverables to Finance and Business leadership.
•    Lead ad hoc projects as assigned.
•    Ability to operate as an effective, tactical, and strategic problem solver. 
•    Collaborate with teams and leaders in the finance organization. 
 

What You'll Bring to the Table

 

•    5+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance. 
•    BA/BS in Business, Finance, or other related discipline.
•    Financial and performance analysis experience & strong financial skills required. 
•    High degree of strategic and analytical capability, including the ability to analyze a large amount of data.  
•    Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally
•    Accepted Accounting Principles. 
•    Experience SAP preferred. 
•    Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
•    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 
•    Outstanding PC skills in Microsoft environment  
•    Ability to handle several tasks in a multifaceted environment and to be a standout colleague.
•    Highly organized & achievement-oriented self-starter, able to handle multiple demands & challenging priorities.

Title: Manager, FP&A 

Salary or Pay Range: $99,000 - $125,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
