Overview
The Manager, Digital Marketing role will represent a key member of the performance marketing team, responsible for driving HEYDUDE’s performance marketing agency, coordinating stories across cross-functional and agency partners, and aiding in bringing net-new opportunities. This role will work with an agency to ensure acquisition strategy is consistently driving the business forward. Past in-platform experience across Google, Meta, and TikTok is required. In addition, the candidate would be responsible for advising, prioritizing, and leading teams through flighting key stories that support the HEYDUDE Digital Business. HEYDUDE is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth and the person who fills this role will have the opportunity to use this momentum to their advantage and support balanced, accelerated growth for the business.
What You'll Do
- Drive successful agency management, creative testing, and forward-thinking strategies across performance channels to effectively achieve customer acquisition goals.
- Brief content for performance channels based on key product and promotional launches.
- Focus on foundational excellence through emphasizing accuracy in budget flighting, storytelling, and start to finish content and campaign delivery.
- Partner with Lifecycle, Marketplace and GTM teams to build coordinated touchpoint plans, ensuring a cohesive acquisition strategy across all Digital Channels.
- Communicate findings in a synthesized manner with highly organized data to back-up findings for both internal and external audiences.
- Drive best-practice strategies across Performance channels, specifically Paid Social and Search.
- Consistently passionate about how HEYDUDE can optimize current Digital Business, while chasing after new avenues for the Performance Team to invest into.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 4-5 years performance marketing experience.
- A detailed understanding of all Google platforms: Google Ads, Analytics, Merchant Center, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.
- Sophisticated knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools is a requirement.
- In depth understanding of Paid Social and Search engines.
- Proven track record of success with a deep understanding of large-scale paid programs and strong research capabilities.
- Demonstrates strong independent decision-making abilities by optimally navigating ambiguous or incomplete information, making choices that align with business objectives.
- Ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners is a requirement.
- Strong analytical skills, organization skills, and high attention to detail.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Experience in leading a junior team member is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Ability to prioritize, handle and meet multiple deadlines at a given time.
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.

Title: Manager, Digital Marketing
Salary or Pay Range: $117,000 - $127,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
