- Manage product-data and catalog workflows across PIM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Rithum, marketplace platforms, and connected feeds and integrations.
- Partner with Product, Merchandising, Planning, Creative, GTM, and channel owners to close content, pricing, inventory, and asset-readiness gaps.
- Own catalog distribution and marketplace feed health, including validation, activation, error monitoring, issue resolution, and launch quality assurance.

- Maintain launch-readiness checklists, catalog-health reporting, product-setup trackers, standard operating procedures, and governance routines that reinforce visibility and accountability.
- Partner with channel leads on assortment, launches, pricing, promotions, and retail-event requirements while maintaining clear accountability between centralized operations and commercial channel owners.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows, reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, strengthen integrations, and accelerate speed to market.
What You'll Bring to the Table

- Experience managing technology tickets, defects, enhancements, backlogs, and roadmap communications across business and technical partners.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot catalog, feed, integration, and operational issues across internal teams, marketplace partners, agencies, and technology providers.
- Strong attention to detail, data-quality judgment, project-management skills, and the ability to establish repeatable controls, documentation, and governance.
- Clear, collaborative communication skills with the ability to translate operational risks and technical issues into owners, actions, and resolution paths while managing multiple priorities.
