The Manager, Advanced Analytics will be responsible for leading the delivery of analysis, reporting, and behavioral insights across global digital initiatives, including but not limited to customer, product, marketing, and pricing efforts. In collaboration with relevant teams, this role will oversee the development and implementation of models and statistical analyses that empower decision making throughout the company. This role reports to the Director, Digital Analytics.
What You'll Do
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, merchandising, engineering, planning, and finance) to understand business objectives.
- Translate business objectives into actionable analyses and measurement plans.
- Design and implement effective analyses (e.g., predictive models, prescriptive models, dashboards) to provide key information to leadership and stakeholders across the business.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to build requirements for data streams necessary for modeling use cases.
- Conduct data analysis including hypothesis testing, statistical inference, and advanced statistical analysis (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning).
- Evaluate and optimize testing and modeling performance in support of business needs.
- Stay up to date on analytics, AI, and data science topics, innovations, and advancements to evolve current processes
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Social Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of analytics or related experience and experience leading others.
- Strong knowledge of Python, R, or similar languages.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure) and Digital Analytics vendors (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tool a plus.
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills to articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions.
- Balanced strategic and tactical thinker with strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills, and understanding of ROI analysis.
- Strong desire to learn new techniques to help answer business questions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization: Knowledge of data exploration, preprocessing methods, descriptive statistics, statistical modeling concepts.
- Strong judgement and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
- Periodic travel to regional offices and conferences - 5%.

Salary or Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
