The responsibilities of the Key Account Planner encompass all duties needed to achieve seasonal revenue, profitability and sell thru goals for our strategic account partners. This position is responsible for continuously improving our ability to service by facilitating dialogue with Key Account and Demand Planners as well as our counterparts in Sales, Merchandising, Supply and Inventory Planning. This individual contributor role is highly analytical and requires the ability to collaborate and communicate with a diverse group of team members.
What You'll Do
- Generate a detailed sales plan by material for each account leveraging sales trend analysis to determine most profitable assortment.
- Maintain Open-to-buy at the account level.
- Collaborate between sales, finance, and merchandising teams to drive revenue goals.
- Monthly and seasonal analysis of actual performance vs. the forecast.
- Analyze POS data and communicate opportunities/liabilities to drive most profitable performance.
- Leverage forecast accuracy metric and consumer metrics to drive improvements.
- Build and monitor wholesale and retail quarterly plans by month/category.
- Determine allocation plan units by account/product and identify any gaps to targets.
- Develop long term strategic growth plans utilizing linear forecasting.
- Initiate and monitor ladder plan by account for key categories.
- Create and update seasonal account profiles internally and externally.
- Executive overview of plans for management teams identifying deviations/risks and opportunities.
- Support hindsight reporting by account for future assortment planning use.
- Provide historical and trend data to forecast templates.
- Develop and assess the financial health of account plans.
- Develop relationships with account teams, both internal and external to HEYDUDE.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree focused on business, supply chain, planning or related field is required, exception possible for highly extensive and relevant work experience.
- 3+ years as either an analyst, buyer, or planner.
- Proven experience within planning / analytics.
- Understanding of demand, supply, service, and other S&OP / IBP principals.
- Strong analytical capabilities using both systemic and Excel based tools.
- Proven experience communicating highly involved analytical work to less analytical thinkers.
- Strong interpersonal skills proven in a highly collaborative setting.
- Extensive experience using Excel, Access is a plus.

Salary or Pay Range: $72,000 - $82,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
