Crocs, Inc. Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business. The Marketing Intern position is designed to support the HEYDUDE Marketing Department while developing skills related to marketing strategy, planning and execution. The selected intern will gain hands-on experience in marketing for a global footwear designer/manufacturer/retailer and will have the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to our growing sales and brand presence. This position is fast-paced, and duties/responsibilities will vary depending on needs of the manager and department.

What You'll Do
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing projects through research, data collection, and administrative tasks.
- Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to acquire practical skills and industry knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to contribute ideas, provide insights, and collaborate on various tasks and projects.
- Task Management: Execute assigned tasks and responsibilities efficiently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare reports, presentations and documentation related to assigned projects.
- Networking: Engage with leaders within the company, attend networking events, and build connections for future career growth.
- Assist department staff with planning and organization of current project and campaign deliverables.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing department goals and objectives.
- Provide operational support including meeting planning, agenda development, etc.
- Assist management with any creative briefs that are needed throughout the internship.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
- Help drive innovative thinking and unique ideation around how to use the mobile app as a key story-telling channel for HEYDUDE.
- Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Provide research and insights via weekly and ad hoc reporting on marketplace competitors and trends.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
- Must be open to relocating to the Broomfield, CO or Westwood, MA Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time in office positions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize, manage and meet deadlines.
- Effectively manage time and operate with sense of urgency.
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.

Salary or Pay Range: $24 - $26 / hr
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
