HEYDUDE’s Head of HR will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to the Brand President and Brand Leadership Team on
all HR matters. The Head of HR will partner with these leaders to improve the success of the business by offering insights
and strategies on all people related matters. This HR leader will serve as the primary HR Business Partner for the
HEYDUDE brand, providing day-to-day oversight and support while creating a fit-for-future HR organization.
What You'll Do
- Support HEYDUDE’s talent needs throughout the entire employee life cycle.
- Drive strong hiring, development and succession planning programs; help people grow across functions and geographies and develop athletes who can succeed outside of their initial function.
- Anticipate future business needs - assess quick-to-change workforce and business directions and adjust/develop HR strategies as appropriate.
- Analyze emerging HR trends and develop and lead progressive people strategies to enable and support.
- HEYDUDE’s dynamic global business growth.
- Leverage HR COEs to develop and lead innovative HR programs for the brand.
- Align key partners in support of strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Finance to forecast, govern and measure HR programs aligned with budget.
- Handle sophisticated or escalated employee relations issues.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s Degree specializing in human resources, organizational development industrial psychology or general business preferred.
- MBA or Graduate degree a plus.
- Minimum 10 years in related Human Resources roles; 3 years of leadership experience.
- Commercial related, consumer goods or/and high-tech experience preferred.
- Experience within fast-paced retail or consumer companies leading HR across commercial functions (i.e., merchandising, marketing, digital commerce, product, sales).
- Experience working within a global, highly matrixed organization.
- Has proven experience as an HR business partner who’s worked closely with executive leadership aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Has directly supported executive leaders as an advisor and coach with a proven track record of advancing people strategy.

Title: Head of HR - HEYDUDE
Salary or Pay Range: $240,000 - $290,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
