Overview

The Graphic Designer – Production, at HEYDUDE, is responsible for executing and producing high-quality creative assets across digital, retail, packaging, presentation, and marketing channels.

 

Reporting to the Brand Art Director, this role focuses on working within established brand systems, leveraging Figma templates and component libraries, and ensuring consistent execution of design deliverables at scale. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in production design workflows. They thrive in fast-paced environments, can efficiently adapt creative across multiple formats and markets, and are passionate about maintaining brand consistency while delivering polished, accurate assets that support business objectives.  

What You'll Do

  • Produce and adapt creative assets across digital, print, retail, packaging, presentation, and marketing channels using established brand systems and templates.
  • Utilize Figma templates, design systems, component libraries, and shared asset management workflows to efficiently execute production-ready creative.
  • Prepare, organize, and deliver final artwork files for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and global market partners while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support campaign launches and business initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Implement feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining high production standards and attention to detail.
  • Support the execution of campaigns through production design, versioning, localization, resizing, and asset optimization.
  • Maintain organized file structures, design assets, photography libraries, and production documentation to support streamlined team workflows. 

     

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design Production, Production Design, Creative Operations, or Marketing Design, preferably in a corporate, in-house, retail, lifestyle, or agency environment.
  • Experience working within template-driven design systems, brand guidelines, component-based workflows, and scalable asset production.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, shared libraries, template management, and production workflows.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience producing assets for digital marketing, ecommerce, retail environments, presentations, packaging, and print production.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to organize, version, and deliver production-ready files with accuracy.
  • Great organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with footwear, fashion, lifestyle, consumer goods, or global consumer brands is a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating production design, template-based execution, and marketing asset development is required.

Title: Graphic Designer 

Salary or Pay Range: $78,000 - $88,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
