Overview

Reporting to the Art Director of Brand, the Graphic Designer supports the development and execution of visual concepts that align with HEYDUDE’s global brand standards. Responsibilities include creating layouts and producing print and digital assets for consumer-facing campaigns and internal brand initiatives. This position collaborates with creative and cross-functional partners to deliver consistent, high-quality work that meets project goals and brand needs.

What You'll Do

  • Create and deliver design assets based on established briefs and timelines for internal and external marketing needs across U.S. and global markets. Work may include retail and fixture graphics, packaging, digital ads, presentations, mockups, and related materials.
  • Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly to creative and cross-functional partners.
  • Receive and apply feedback to strengthen design work and ensure deliverables meet project objectives.
  • Apply established brand standards while contributing fresh, thoughtful, and practical creative solutions.
  •  Collaborate closely with the creative team and cross-functional partners to deliver consistent work across brand touchpoints.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment by staying adaptable, organized, and comfortable with changing priorities.
  • Manage multiple assigned projects, prioritizing work based on business needs, feedback, and deadlines.
  • Support projects from initial concept through revisions and final production, coordinating with internal partners and vendors as needed across print and digital channels.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 2–3 years of professional design experience, ideally within a corporate, in-house, or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in The Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work efficiently, both independently and collaboratively, with direction from Senior Partners.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts, take direction, and respond positively to feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain artwork and photography assets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Working knowledge of Figma is preferred.
  • Footwear or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required for consideration.

Title: Graphic Designer 

Salary or Pay Range: $78,000 - $88,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
