Overview
The Director, Digital Marketing for HEYDUDE is responsible for leading the brand's consumer acquisition marketing strategy, with a focus on driving traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through personalized consumer experiences.
This role oversees strategy, planning, budgeting, and performance across key digital acquisition channels, including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display Retargeting, Display Prospecting, and Affiliate Marketing. The Director will build and lead a high-performing Digital Acquisition team while driving scalable and profitable growth for the Direct-to-Consumer business.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategy, planning, and budget allocation across performance marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display Retargeting, Display Prospecting, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Develop acquisition strategies that increase traffic, conversion, and revenue while improving marketing efficiency.
- Establish and develop HEYDUDE's Digital Acquisition organization, creating a best-in-class team capable of supporting rapid business growth.
- Foster an environment focused on coaching, development, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Utilize advanced marketing analytics to identify opportunities, optimize investments, and maximize both short- and long-term business performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that track business KPIs and channel-level performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, Creative, and other functions to align acquisition strategies with product launches, campaigns, and business priorities.
- Influence stakeholders and advocate for initiatives that improve the consumer experience and business results.
- Lead personalization, testing, and experimentation efforts to improve the customer journey and increase conversion.
- Challenge existing assumptions and identify new opportunities for growth through data-driven decision making.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing within a B2C environment.
- Demonstrated success achieving aggressive growth and customer acquisition goals.
- Experience leading, developing, and growing Digital Marketing teams.
- Proven ability to create and manage large-scale digital marketing budgets aligned to business objectives.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform investment and optimization decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Growth-oriented mindset focused on solving problems, simplifying complexity, and driving results.

Title: Director, Digital Marketing
Salary or Pay Range: $176,000 - $186,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
