Overview

We are searching for a Designer who will report into the growing digital creative team at HEYDUDE. The individual in this role will bring a passion for footwear and designing the outstanding ecommerce experiences for a rapidly growing brand. You’ll be relied upon across the organization to partner closely with functional designer experts. This individual will also partner with business partners to develop engaging design solutions.


As part of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in supporting the digital department by crafting creative assets for email campaigns, Heydude.com, paid media, and Amazon, all while upholding and enhancing global brand standards. Demonstrating initiative, you’ll proactively assist and collaborate with creative colleagues when needed, adapting easily to a fast-paced environment that values innovation and experimentation to boost consumer engagement. Your ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks according to business goals, and maintain exceptional organizational skills—especially when handling high volumes of work—will ensure that deliverables are consistently accurate, timely, and aligned with approved deadlines.

What You'll Do

  • Support digital team to build creative for email, Heydude.com, paid media and Amazon.
  • Build and develop digital content that maintains, supports and elevates global brand standards.
  • Possess initiative to volunteer, support and assist creative team when vital.
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced test and learning setting to drive consumer engagement.
  • Balance multiple projects at once and prioritize based on business needs.
  • Maintain a sophisticated level of meticulous and organizational skills especially with large volume projects.
  • Deliver files reliably, quickly and within approved deadlines.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of education required, in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interactive Design, Digital Design, or similar.
  • At least 2+ years of applicable experience as a Designer, preferably within the Global Retail industry or similar brands.
  • Proficiency within Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Must be organized and proficient in maintaining project, artwork and photography naming conventions.
  • Must be a willing communicator and collaborator.
  • Must maintain a professional and creative atmosphere within the creative, marketing, and ecommerce teams.
  • Must be flexible and able to accept and apply vital critique and feedback.
  • Animation experience a plus.

Title: Designer 

Salary or Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
